Today, Hayat Lestari Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and Hull Vane BV officially signed a licensing agreement. This significant event took place at the Defence Services Asia 2024 (DSA) exhibition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Establishing a strategic partnership with a local partner in Malaysia allows us to manufacture our innovative Hull Vane® technology directly in Malaysia, enabling us to serve the local market more efficiently with shorter delivery times.
This collaboration not only enhances our ability to serve our customers in Southeast Asia but also actively supports the local economy. By realizing production locally, we look forward to contributing to job creation and strengthening the community in the region. This partnership enables us to bring Hull Vane more directly to the attention of the ferry, navy, coast guard, and oil & gas markets in Malaysia and surrounding countries.
